HENLLYS VILLAGE NURSERY YELLOW LINES CONSULTATION CLARIFICATION FROM TCBC

" There still seems to be some confusion over what we are proposing. The proposals are for 'prohibition of waiting at any time', this restriction allows for vehicles to load and unload for a period of up to 5 minutes. This includes commercial vehicles delivering goods and also vehicles that may be picking up / dropping off passengers. The restriction also allows for those people in receipt of a blue badge to park for up to a 3 hour period. We are not proposing a 'no loading' ban, which would restrict any vehicles from stopping and loading / unloading on the restrictions at any time "
